Revisions for Application

Personality Revision: When Luke destroyed the mining town, Akzeriuth, with his hyperressonance, he truly believed that it was Van's fault (after all, it had been his precious Master Van who had brainwashed him into thinking he would save everyone). He believed it so fiercely, that he made it into an excuse; and, with that, everyone (except Tear) left him in Yulia City. They had wanted Luke to accept responsibility, yet he was intent on not doing so. This had a lot to do with the fact that Luke was in shock.

Losing his friends for a moment, shook Luke into a better reality of things. It had also helped that he had been able to literally see everything through Asch's eyes, while unconscious for a short while. Luke realized that he needed to become a better person. He felt compelled to prove to Tear that he could do it, basically asking her to stay by his side while he does so. He cut his hair to represent severing the tie to the him that everyone (again, except for Tear) left behind.

He was not able gain everyone's trust back, right away (especially Jade and Anise); but, he did not let this discourage him. Instead, he worked harder to prove to everyone that he had meant what he said.

Example: Here are thread examples from the test drive meme, to supplement.

It's been several weeks since he awakened in this terrible place. He still has yet to even begin getting used to how things work, around here. Sure, he's managed to learn a great deal of things (mostly thanks to word of mouth, as opposed to the hard way), but there are still a lot of things he wants to learn. Some of it is little things (such as what's the deal with floor seventy-nine? How can there be that much water inside?), but most of it involves just how accurate that note is. Is it possible the note is a lie? There is only one way to find out. He'll have to figure out a way to get back to Auldrant.

Fortunately, he's not alone. It's especially thanks to one particular person being here, that he has his drive back. She is here, so he must fight even harder to get everyone out of this Tower. Even if their world really is gone, they can't remain trapped in this place! Speaking of Tear...

Oh, that's right! He's supposed to be meeting with her, today. She supposedly has something very important to talk to him about. How the hell did he managed to forget? Sighing and scratching the back of his head, Luke turns away from the window and makes his way to the door. He glances at the clock on the way out. He's supposed to be meeting her in less than thirty minutes in the cafeteria. A realization sinks in, bringing a look of 'ah crap' to his face.

He is in his dorm room. The cafeteria...is on the bottom floor. Yeah, he is likely not going to be there on time. Even so, he is sprinting for the elevator.
